After 15 years of manufacturing the Instant Impact range of Bar Runners and Matting Industries / Advanced Matting range of matting products, Versatile Technologies has decided to shut down our factory in Seven Hills. Our plant and equipment has been sold to an entity (MatTek) that intends to re commission the plant and should be up and running for the new financial year. We have also included all of our commercial matting stock as part of the transaction.
The new company involved will be in touch shortly to provide their ongoing contact details, we believe this is a positive move for all concerned with the Instant Impact brand quality to continue with the added advantage of additional products being made available to all of our loyal customers.
We will also be transferring some of our trading names and IP as part of the sale. This process should be completed by the 12th of June 2018.
In saying this, Versatile Technologies (Aust) Pty Ltd is not part of the sale and will continue to trade with our promotional / point of sale products. Our trading name will change to TLC Promotions in the next few weeks.
